He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Walter Baldwin and Nancy Johnson Baldwin Looney; and his grandson Brady Baldwin. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ellen Hopson Baldwin; his children, Drema Kay Baldwin of Salisbury, MD and Douglas Baldwin Jr (Angie) of Walkertown, NC; his stepdaughter Pauline Blankenship Wilson (Brian) of Abingdon, VA; his siblings, Virginia Pauline Fleming of Sherwood, OH and Harold Baldwin of Bent Mountain, VA.; his grandchildren, Tabatha Littleton, Layton Littleton III, Haylee Baldwin and Isabella Baldwin; and his pet Tucky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
