She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Hagerman (Jeffrey) of Shelby; her siblings, Bobby Mullins of West Virginia, Edgar Mullins of West Virginia, Andy Mullins of West Virginia, Linda Canipe of Lawndale, Barbara Hagerman of West Virginia and Brenda Mullins of West Virginia; her grandson Hunter Viars (Autumn); and her great grandchild Shade Blakelyon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made towards the funeral expense.
