She was predeceased by: her parents, Estel Ray Mullins and Minnie Pearl Lester Mullins. She is survived by: her former husband Wayne Stiltner of Vansant, VA; her sons, Justin Ryan Stiltner (Elizabeth) of Grundy, VA and Derek Wayne Stiltner of Grundy, VA; her stepson Ethan Wayne Stiltner (Keish Lynn) of Grundy, VA; her siblings, Wanda Sue Stenson of Jolo, WV and Wayne Layne of Paynesville, WV.; and her stepgrandchildren, Ryder Stiltner, Evan Stiltner and Ella Stiltner. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of cousins.
The family will receive friends at the Shortridge-Ramey Funeral Home Chapel of Grundy, VA, Wednesday, from 11:00 a. m. until the funeral hour of 1:00 p. m. In observance of COVID-19 restrictions, social distancing will be observed, and the wearing of masks is required for attendance.
