It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Eugene Cecil of Grundy, Virginia, born in Bluefield, West Virginia, who passed away on December 15, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adele Ammar Cecil and Eugene M. Cecil. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Miner Cecil; his children, David E. Cecil II, Rebecca Cecil and Reagan Cecil; his sister Diana Cecil Holland (Louis) of Wilmington, NC; his nephew Gary Holland (Tasha); and his niece Sandy Holland Gehrman (Brad).
