He is survived by: his children, Kristen Cook (Jason) of Grundy, VA and Jeremy Jackson of Vansant, VA; his siblings, Gladys Daugherty (Roger) of Grundy, VA, Carol Potter (Roger) of Grundy, VA, Laura Phillips of Grundy, VA, Ralph Jackson (Pat) of Grundy, VA and David Jackson (Angie) of Abingdon, VA.; and his grandsons, Ethan and Peyton Cook. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
