He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Looney, Sr. and Linda Vanover Looney. He is survived by: his wife Frances Elaine McClanahan Looney; his children, Samantha Looney of Lexington, NC and Jamie Looney of Grundy, VA; his daughter-in-law Miranda Mullins Looney of Grundy, VA; his siblings, Pam Looney of Conaway, VA, Michelle Smith (Sid) of Big Rock, VA and Jimmy Looney (Angie) of Conaway, VA.; his grandmother Merkie Looney of Bastian, VA; and his grandchildren, Jocelyn Looney and Miles Vincent. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
