She is survived by: her husband Roger Lee Potter of Grundy, VA; her daughter Stephanie Sutherland (Ryan) of Grundy, VA; her siblings, Gladys Daughtery (Roger) of Grundy, VA, Laura Phillips of Grundy, VA, Ralph Jackson (Pat) of Grundy, VA and David Jackson (Angie) of Abingdon, VA; her granddaughter Chloe Grace Slone of Grundy, VA; her stepgrandchildren, Sierra, Jaxon Sutherland of Marion, NC, Victoria Lester of Grundy, VA and Tayah Lester; her stepson-in-law Bradley Lester of Grundy, VA.; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Everly and Eden Smith; and her grandsons, Carter Slone, Ryan Sutherland, Jeremy Ward, Lee Dotson, Eddie Viers, Joey Snead, Doug Shortridge, Justin Perry and Chris Whited. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Tookland Pentecostal Church (19815 Anchorage Cir, Grundy, VA 24614). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
