He is survived by: his wife Jackie Lynn Hopson Ratliff of Grundy, VA; his sons, Christopher Arteamus Ratliff (Ashley Honaker) of Swords Creek, VA and Willie Estel Ratliff (Nicole Clemons) of Oakwood, VA; his siblings, Melissa Looney (Charlie) of Grundy, VA, Bobby Ratliff of Grundy, VA, Vernon Roscoe Stiltner of Grundy, VA and Gary Ratliff (Alice) of Haysi, VA; his mother-in-law Lillian Hopson; his grandchildren, Jaelei, Emmalynn, Tyreace Sha, Taylor, Amanda, Issac and Raylin; and his great grandchildren, Xander, Aria and Christian. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
