She was predeceased by: her parents, Ballard Thomas and Lizzie Mae Keen Cole; and her husband Clarence Edward "Ed" Horn. She is survived by: her children, Sally Keene of Grundy, VA and Ronnie Horn (Donna) of Grundy, VA; her sisters, Peggy Breeden (Lowell) of Kimbolton, OH and Sue Breeden of Pea Patch, VA; and her grandchildren, Brian Keene, Amber Bucklen (Shaun), Amanda Johnson (Donnie), Chad Thompson (Bethany) and Amy Colley. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
