It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Anita Diggs of Grottoes, Virginia, born in Waynesboro, Virginia, who passed away on June 13, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Wardell Curry; and her grandparents, Howard, Leola Casey, Eugenia Cunningham and Blanche Brown.
She is survived by: her mother Juanita Curry (Leitch); her husband Major Diggs; her daughter Jasmine Stewart (Daniel) of Crimora, VA; her siblings, Brenda Curry of Charlotte, NC, Jackie Curry of Charlotte, NC, Melinda Banks of Waynesboro, VA and Dell Curry of Charlotte, NC; her grandsons, Caedan Good and Wesley Stewart; and her nieces and nephews, Brandon Curry, Justin Clarke, Stephen Curry, Brittany Dabney, Seth Curry, Eric Lynch and Sydel Curry-Lee.
Memorial donations may be given to the American Diabetes Association.
