It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sevie Lee Rexrode of Grottoes, Virginia, who passed away on February 16, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Henry and Arbutus Dean Rexrode; his wife Loretta Mae Morris; his friend Jeff Graff of Lynchburg; his brothers, Henry Martin Rexrode and Donnie Rexrode; his great grandchild Matthew Rexrode; his parents-in-law, Alfred and Lucille Morris; and his pet Lexus.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Rexrode (Rachel) and Lynnè Rhodes (Dennie); his siblings, Gary Rexrode (Golda), Wilson Rexrode (Karen) and Pennie Fox; his grandchildren, Jeremy Rexrode (Teresa), Tabitha Carter (Jeremy), Benjamin "Ben" Rexrode (Jessy), Caline Thomas (JT), Kevin Morris and Crystal Jones (Marcel); his great grandchildren, Jordan Buchanan, Mackenzie "Mack" Rexrode, Emily Morris, Hannah Morris, Sofia Jones, Alyx Carter, Kalin Jones, Nash Carter, Payton Thomas and Zachariah Rexrode; his great great grandchild Aidan Rexrode; his pet Tango; and also Nancy Burgess.
Facial coverings and social distancing will be required for the health of others.
