He is survived by: his father Roger Lee Shifflett, Sr.; his wife Amanda Golden Shifflett; his children, Dillan Shifflett (Geri Surface) and Autumn Shifflett (Chris Davis); his brother Roger L. Shifflett, Jr. (Tina Hawkins); his niece Tristin Shifflett; his great-nephew Grayson Simmons; and his pet Chloe.
