He is survived by: his children, Laura Lee (Derek) and Dale Mikesell (Teresa); his grandchildren, Meagan, Whitney, Sam and Ben; his brother Dan Mikesell (Donna); and his sister-in-law Marita Mikesell. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
