He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kenneth and Jo Anna Sullivan (Hensley); and his brother-in-law Roland Fields. He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Sullivan and James Sullivan (Savannah Rennix); his sisters, Mary Ruth Fields, Sally Smith (Jeff) and Jackie Stenson (Greg); his in-laws, John and Helen Jarrels; and his sisters-in-law, Pam Huffman (Jeff), Carla Coppage (David) and Jennifer Sheets (Keith). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Vernon Mennonite Church, 13188 Port Republic Rd, Grottoes, VA 24441.
