He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Estes and Mattie Estes (Herron); and his sister Rebecca Shifflett. He is survived by: his children, David Heater (Nicole) of Blairs, Veata Heater of Glasgow and Briana Grant (Dustin) of Lexington; his siblings, Mike Estes (Dolores), Jonathan Estes and Linda McDaniel; and his grandchildren, Isaiah, LaRaven, Corde, TaLe'Ah, Greyson, Gentry, Nora-Grace, Renna and Colt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
