He was predeceased by: his father Harry Leon Allen, Sr.; his son Mickey Propst; and his brothers, Harry Allen, Jr. and Chris Allen. He is survived by: his mother Reva Ann Allen (Randall) of Grottoes; his wife Carol Allen (Pence); his children, Amber Csutoros (Chris) of Clinton, TN and Scott Allen (Carissa) of Mt. Crawford; his sisters, Tammy Losh (Patsy Hoover) of Rockingham and Eva Diehl (Carl) of Grottoes; his grandchildren, Devon, Max, Emy Propst, Wyatt, Weston Csutoros and Willow Maria Coceano-Allen; his daughter-in-law Mindy Propst of Hagerstown, MD; and his pets, Shamazn Grace and Jazmn Necco.
