He is survived by: his wife Lugene Payne; his daughter Lori Formato (Richard); his grandchildren, Lilly, Jack and Holly Einstein (Matthew); his great grandchildren, Hannah, Katelyn and Jonah; his son John "Jake" Payne; his grandchildren, Tyler Payne, Carlie Payne and Sadie Hall; his brother Harry Payne; and also, Tammy Cash and Jackie Payne.
