She was predeceased by: her parents, Nellie Knisley (Lang) and James Knisley; her husband Clarence Allen Batton; her son Burlin "Sonny" Batton; and her siblings, Elmer Leo, James William, Russell Knisley and Edna Louise Barrass.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Batton of Richmond, Ronald Batton (Lois) of Grottoes and Gary Batton of Grottoes. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren.
