She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gilbert and Ruby Shiflett Coleman; her husband William "Mack" Rittenhouse; and her parents-in-law, William and Rosa "Elza" Rittenhouse.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Bessie Rittenhouse; her children, Coley Rittenhouse (Wanda), Dallas Rittenhouse (Sherri) and Tracey Moyer (Richard) of Grottoes; her grandchildren, Amanda Lucian (Steve), Emily Holloway (Andrew), Amy Barnhart (Jamey), Chris Moyer (Laura), Holly Moyer (Daniel), Natalie Wheeler (Nicholas), Heather Thomas (Justin) and Cole Moyer (Cedrice); her great grandchildren, Hunter, Landon Barnhart, Delanee Holloway, Kaitlyn, Samuel, Oliver, Amelia Moyer, Jordan Sprouse and Aria Thomas; and her siblings-in-law, Frances Whitmire of Harrisonburg and Robert "Bobby" Rittenhouse (Bessie) of Afton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
