He is survived by: his parent Allen Jackson Batton; his siblings, Betty McGee of Grottoes and Sam Batton of Grottoes; his sister-in-law Goldie Batton of Grottoes; and also, Health and Rehabilitation. He is also survived by five step-children; two step-grandchildren.
