Claude Leonard Gibson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Claude Leonard Gibson of Grottoes, Virginia, who passed away on May 19, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Claude and Veda May Gibson (Morris); and his sister Trene Roadcap. He is survived by: his wife Verna Lee Gibson (Atkins); his children, Kenny Gibson (Cindy) of Grottoes, Rodney Gibson (Angela) of New Hope and Becky Kimble (Kirk) of Weyers Cave; his grandchildren, Ashlie, Ethan, Andrew, Jordan, Austin and Olivia; and his brothers, Ralph Gibson (Kay) of Grottoes and Kenneth Gibson of Harrisonburg. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
