She is survived by: her husband Christopher Brent Pleasants; her children, Holland, Elijah, Alessia and Camila of Grottoes, VA; and her sister Cherish Pennington of Dallas, TX. She is also survived by her grandmother and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made in Chasity's memory to SafeHouse Ministries, PO Box 6336, Elberton, GA 30635.
