She was predeceased by: her father Dock Benjamin Franklin; her sisters, Reba Lowe and Selma Campbell; and her brothers-in-law, Tommy Campbell of Gretna, Buddy Lowe of Gretna and David Elson Talbott of Gretna.
She is survived by: her husband Alvin; her daughter Kathy Rhoads (Billy) of Gretna; her sister Sue Kiehm (Leonard) of Penhook, VA; her grandchildren, Stephanie Rhoads Fruchter (Shawn) of Franklin, TN and Matthew S. Rhoads (Claire) of Mount Pleasant, SC; her great grandchildren, Colin, Graycn Fruchter, Liam, Fiona and Vivian Rhoads; her nephew Tim Campbell; her cousin Cleo Morris (Bill) of Virginia Beach, VA; and her sister-in-law Susie Talbott of Gretna.
