She was predeceased by: her parents, Moses Dillard Gibson and Alese Adkins Gibson; and her siblings, Roger Gibson, Dillard Gibson and Linda Peak.
She is survived by: her husband Marvin Ray Parker; and her siblings, Darrell Gibson (Velma) of Chatham and Christine Walden of Gretna. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
