He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Fisk and Marian Smith Fisk; his former wife Helene Lease Fisk; his wife Betty Davis Fisk; and his siblings, Fred Fisk and Virginia Elaine Fisk.
He is survived by: his son Rodney Fisk; his siblings, James Fisk (Cheryl), Gordon Fisk and Marilyn F. Simko (Bill); and his sister-in-law Kathy Fisk.
