It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Kaye Buck Saunders of Gretna, Virginia, born in Danville, Virginia, who passed away on March 31, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Lee Buck and Catherine Taylor Buck; her children, Katie Saunders Worsham (Chris) of Chatham and Seth Michael Saunders (Michelle) of Gretna; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Salem and Jase; her sister Linda Wright (Steve) of Courtland, VA; her nephews, Zach and Ben Wright; her godchildren, Kaylyn, Kelsie, Madisyn and Easton; and her daughter Rita.
