She is survived by: her husband John L. Cook; her children, Hazel C. Rice (Jeffery) of Gretna, VA, Catherine D. Cook (Otis Patrick) of Gretna, VA, Earl J. Cook (Janice) of Gretna, VA, John M. Cook (Shonda) of Atlanta, GA and Barry Mabins of Nathalie, VA; her granddaughters, Allyson, Amy, Ashley, Briar and Paris; her siblings, Lena L. Chambers (Bernard) of Gretna, VA, Dallas J. Lovelace (Doris) of Gretna, VA and Acie Lovelace (Clarissa) of Washington, DC; and her siblings-in-law, Thomas J. Cook of East Orange, NJ, Barbara Lovelace of Hurt, VA, Juanita Lovelace of Gretna, VA and Julia Lovelace of Altavista, VA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
