She was predeceased by: her parents, John Yeatts and Margaret Scruggs Yeatts; and her husband Donald "Don" Wayne Wheeler, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Dana Wheeler of Richmond, Lisa Strain (Billy) of Pittsville and Don W. Wheeler, Jr. (Sherry) of Evington; her grandchildren, Will Strain, Sydney Strain, Kaylee Wheeler and Kaleb Wheeler; and her close friend Solo.
