He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Oscar Kelley, Sr. and Ava Mae Bennett Kelley. He is survived by: his sons, Otey Kelley III (Sandy) of Gretna and Charles Kelley (Kathy) of Gretna; his brothers, Gayre Kelley of Gretna, Michael Kelley of Gretna and Frank Kelley (Donna) of Gretna; his grandchildren, Benjamin Neal of Gladys and Cheryl Kelly of Gretna; and his great grandchildren, Savanah, Christopher, James, Sarah and River.
