She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter W. Rowland and Eva Hutcherson Rowland; her husband James Claiborne Rowland; and her siblings, Carl "Joe" Rowland, Mildred Francis and Joyce Gammon.
She is survived by: her daughter Betty R. Grohs; her grandchildren, Nicole Akers (Tim) and Daniel Wade (Lauren Krantz); her great grandchildren, Ryan, Hunter and Maci; and her sister-in-law Shelby Buffington of Gretna.
