He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Yost Shriver and Helen Jean Chidester Shriver; his grandson Corey Allen Layne; and his sister Patricia Shriver. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Vasser Shriver; his children, Heather Inge (Junior) of Gretna, Kelly Walden of Altavista and Scott Walden of Gretna; his brothers, Ralph Kevin Shriver (Mary) of Warrenton and Mark Shriver (Dianne) of Winchester; his grandchildren, Kayla Jackson (Travis), Isaac (Destiny), Ethan, Hailee and Cole; and his great grandchild Jaxson.
