He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Linwood Osborne and Clara Jane George Osborne. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Hedrick Osborne; his sons, Chris Osborne (Jolie) of Gretna and Jason Osborne of Stoneville, NC; his sister Charlotte Craig (Don) of Bassett; his uncle J. W. George (Betty) of Java; and his grandchildren, Brayden, Chloe, Fallon, Callie and Blaine (Kayla). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial donations be made to, Mountain Mission School, 1760 Edgewater Dr. Grundy, VA 24614-9986.
