She was predeceased by: her parents, James Monroe Tosh and Virginia Ree Osborne Hoskins; her brother Jim Tosh; and her close friend Harry James Scott. She is survived by: her sons, Clinton Osborne (Lisa Ralsten) of Chatham and Conway Osborne (LaChelle Clark) of Danville; her siblings, Bill Tosh (Kathy) of Danville, Pauline Leonard (Nathan) of Gretna, Christine Haskins (Kenneth) of Chatham, Colleen Hardy of Gretna and Hazel Faye Gray of Danville; her stepsister Doris Jones of Evington; the father of her children Jerry Osborne, Sr. of Chatham; her grandchildren, Jessica Ardry (Pete), Hunter Osborne, Dalton Burns (Madison) and Alec Burns; her caregiver Louise Towler; her close friends, Tim Waller and Gladys Dalton; and her nephew Frankie Hoskins. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
