He was predeceased by: his parents, Dock Rawley Haskins and Betsy Yeatts Haskins; his daughter Robin Lynn Rowland; and his siblings, Douglas Hale Haskins, Rawley Anderson Haskins, Christine Yates and Nancy Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Mae Haskins; his children, Russell Ray Haskins (Anna) of Altavista, Shannon Franklin (Thomas) of Bedford and Gail Wood (Chris) of Evington; his sister Juanita Roberts of Hurt; and also Steve Kidd. He is also survived by two grandsons, and three great-granddaughters.
