Witcher Jr. (Gretna, Virginia), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on March 29, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Witcher, Sr. and Laura Burdette Witcher; and his sister Odessa Belk. He is survived by: his wife Betty Witcher; his daughters, Chantay Witcher of Silver Spring, Renee Witcher of Fort Washington, Danee Gaines-Adams (Jeff) of Waldorf, LuWanda English of Roanoke, Sheri English-Moss (Terrance) of Charleston, Raquel English of Roanoke and Janelle Witcher of District Heights, Maryland; his grandchildren, Juwan English (Keideesha), Kayla Brown, Serena Moss, Akira McCovery, Jared Wimbush and Skylar Moss; his great grandchild Korryn English; and his siblings, Alice Powell (Toussaint), Albert Witcher (Delores) and Dean Witcher (Laura). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
