He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Anderson Gibson and Belva Hardy Gibson; and his close friend Jane Angell. He is survived by: his sons, Dwayne Gibson of Rustburg and Allen Taylor (Holly) of Fishersville; his sisters, Inez Cook of Statesboro, GA and Elizabeth Seyle (George) of Moncks Corner, SC; and his grandchildren, Cody Gibson (Morgan), Dusty Gibson and Blake Taylor. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
