She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Thomas Haskins and Marjorie Osborne Haskins; and her brother Alan Haskins. She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Stewart (Randy) of Chatham; her grandchildren, Randy Stewart, Jr. and Jessica Anderson (Brian); her great grandchild Brailyn Blackstock; her sisters, Brenda Lee Adkins (Henry) of Chatham and Patricia Haskins of Snow Creek; her caregivers, Tonya and Jerry; and her pet Shug. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
