He was predeceased by: his parents, James Joyce Hall and Ethel Adkins Hall; and his siblings, Larry Hall, Louis Hall, Wayne Hall, Leslie Hall, Glenda Dale Hall and Lois Callahan.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Moorefield Hall; his daughter Penny Haley (Charlie) of Gretna; his siblings, Gordan Hall (Linda) of Evington, Gene Hall of Evington and Marie Scheurman of Altavista; his grandchild Taylor Haley of Gretna; and his great grandchildren, Riley Rae Haley, Bentley Lambert, Layla Lambert and Madison Satterfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
