He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolphie Croffie "Randy" Rigney and Nannie Adkins Rigney; and his siblings, Rodney Rigney and Betty Neal. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Rigney; his daughter Lolita Janey of Martinsville; his stepson Josh Kitchens (Mary Margaret) of Gretna; his sister Peggy R. Crisp of Gentry, AR; his grandchildren, Drake Shockley, Ethan Kitchens and Ava Kitchens; and his great grandchildren, Layla Shockley and Drago Shockley.
