He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Waller and Pencie Boyd Waller; and his sister Geneva Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Bertha Jean Waller of Hurt, VA; his sons, Eric L. Waller of Charlotte, NC and Carnell Hubbard of Stafford, VA; his grandchildren, Eric D. Waller, Jaelyn Thornton and Ralynee Hubbard; his siblings, Bertha Waller of Altavista, VA and Joseph Waller (Annie) of Nathalie, VA; and his stepbrothers, Sherman Jennings of Nathalie, VA and Paul Jennings of Gretna, VA. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
