He is survived by: his children, Wayne Smith, Jr. and Christina Phillips; his stepson Robbie Hughes; his sisters, Brenda Hayden and Janice Glover; and his grandchildren, Jamie Hughes, Harley Smith, Destiney Baker, Priscilla Smith, Cailee Smith, William Phillips and George Walter Phillips. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
