She was predeceased by: her parents, Odie Anderson Haskins and Alice Watson Haskins; her husband John Randy Atkins; her son John Denton Atkins; and her siblings, Mickey Haskins and Octavia Doss.
She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn Atkins Marlowe of Gretna, VA; her granddaughter Jessica Ashleigh Burgess (Adam) of Chatham, VA; and her brother William B. "Pete" Haskins (Judy) of Chatham, VA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions be made to Colbert-Moran Funeral Home, P.O. Box 400, Gretna, VA 24557 to help with funeral expenses.
