He is survived by: his daughters, Ellen Farmer (Eddie) of Gretna and Tammy Matherly (William) of Gretna; his sister Norris Wilkes of Gretna; his grandchildren, Willie Matherly (Elayne) of Sandy Level and Cody Matherly (April) of Gretna; his stepgrandson Jessie Farmer; and his great grandchildren, Andrew and Kolter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
