Nowlin; his daughters, Natisha Dews (Chris) of Lynchburg, VA and Nicole Dow (Kyle) of Rustburg, VA; his grandchildren, James Hamlett, Monique Hamlett, Alexis Hamlett, Nala Dow and Karynton Jackson; and his sisters, Ella Mae Monroe of Hurt, VA and Elsie Gregory of Hurt, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, other relatives and friends.
