He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Powell Price, Sr. and Bessie Gay Price; and his siblings, Ray Price, James Price, Doug Price, Sara Graham and Dot Dalton.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Drinkard Price of Gretna; his son Derry Price of Williamsburg; and his grandchildren, Derry Price, Jr. (Bridget), Monica Verdi, Ginnie Kennedy (Josh) and Ashley Price. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
