He is survived by: his wife Shelby Chism Crews; his son Vernon Clyde Crews (Sherri) of Gretna; his siblings, Howard Crews (Sherrie) of Sandy Level, Nelsia Chism of Altavista, Glenda Ramsey (Wallace) of Sandy Level and Betty Bond (Mike) of Gretna; and his grandchildren, Amanda Bailess (Kevin) of Gretna and Blake Crews (Savanna) of Gretna. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
