He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Patrick and Carrie Monroe Patrick. He is survived by: his children, Teresa Patrick of Lynchburg, Brenda Patrick of Altavista and Christopher Patrick of Jarratt, Virginia; his siblings, Bernard Patrick (Sarah) of Hurt, Virginia, Dora Miller of Long Island, Hattie Ham of Long Island and Nannie Glass (Garland) of Java, Virginia; his nieces, April Haley (Dennis) of Hurt, Virginia and Destiny Haley of Hurt, Virginia; his nephew Craymon Ham, Jr. of Long Island, Virginia; his grandchildren, Kendall Patrick, Broderick Patrick, Brendon Patrick and Portia Coleman; his great grandchildren, Kamden Patrick and Kayleigh Bailess; and his aunt Margaret Graves of Lynchburg. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
