He is survived by: his mother Peggy Cook Ashworth of Gretna; his wife Nancy Mayhew Ashworth; his children, Brionna Ashworth of Gretna and Jonathan Ashworth of Gretna; his stepchildren, Christi Owen (Kevin) of Gretna and Jerry Allen Shelton (Candace) of Gretna; his brother Don Ashworth (Annette) of Gretna; the mother of his children Donna Ashworth of Gretna; his stepgrandchildren, Daniel, Emily, Allen, Taylor and Jacobb; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Avery and Owen. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and rent-a-kids; and his fur baby.
