She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Henry Creasy and Mary Bowler Creasy; her husband Lloyd G. Perkins; and her sister Ruby Creasy Rodgers. She is survived by: her daughter Martha Perkins Adams (David V. Adams III) of Gretna; her grandsons, David V. Adams IV (Allison) and Charles Perkins Adams (B. J.); and her great grandchildren, Alan Adams, Brandon Adams (Sabrina), Kaleb Hackett, Casey Hackett, Evan Adams and Alex Adams.
In lieu of flowers she requested memorial contributions be made to the Greenfield Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, P.O. Box 875, Gretna, VA 24557 or to Midway Baptist Church, 2136 Midway Road, Gretna, VA 24557.
