She was predeceased by: her husband William Duckworth; her former husband John C. Ellis Sr.; and her son Steven Paul Ellis. She is survived by: her sons, John C. Ellis Jr. (Ellen), Donald G. Ellis Sr. and David W. Ellis Sr. (Janice). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great, great grandchildren, a host of relatives, and dear friends.
